I was tempted to title this 'scumbag dies in car crash' but someone would complain.

Leaving aside all the people he shafted who worked for the accident group and the money he owes us all as taxpayers but this was a man who had only just come out of a driving ban after he killed another man - at least this time no-one else was involved.
