Wrong, thats the average age of excal/albion players. Plz don't flame us honest middys we're just trying to farm some RP without running into the 5fg's the albions need to be effective in most RvR situations

The reason GOA uses the Excalibur database for the tesversions is because the playernumber is greater. There is a greater chance to discover bugs with a greater number of people doing what they usually do than to have teams doing thorough tests on a smaller number of possible problems.

Thorough tests is what you do to pinpoint a known problem with an unknown cause.

aye but quantity doesn't matter if the quality of testing is not up to it.

Seriously, 'better' players on Prydwen? Uhm.. that's comparable of saying Hibernian players are generally more skillfull and win because of better use of tactics across the world, on all servers against albion players.

I 'troll' the prydwen boards regularly and I've spotted right out wrong statements about the ingame mechanics in daoc probably more times than what's the case on excal boards.

Does that mean that the people playing prydwen and using barrysworld are of a lower class then?

I don't believe that's the case, not any 'better', nor any worse on either of the servers. Not to a significant extent anyway, bad eggs are everywhere.

If there's a greater population, isn't there a chance that there's a few 'good' players there aswell? Perhaps stupid players might be the best to find certain bugs that the 'smart' people never thought of? Who knows?

Though I do agree that Gorre should have a /charcopy thing like Pendragon.. Atleast for the english patch testing..
