As Mythic did during the first phase, we are only going to suspend the accounts of the people identified as users of third party programs. But repeat offences, as well as any attempt at cheating from this week on, will be treated as it has always been : by a firm and direct ban. Consider this a friendly warning, and a strong invitation to stop cheating, for all those who still thought that cheating was a viable solution on our servers.

Same as Mythic did, 7 day suspension, followed by getting your arse kicked out. Please note some guilds during this may experience a large drop in RPs because they cant play RvR without it.

While I would like to see name and shame, I also see that if they did punish them in any way, pubicly, then those players would obviously stop playing altogether. Defeatists.

However, as the fact that Mythic has already flexed its banning muscles for some time, I do not think that people here should get a chance to stop using it. Insta ban IMO, the wanring from the US should be enough alone.

Btw did you guys consider resetting the RP's of those who were caught using 3rd party programs to gain an unfair advantage to zero?

I'd like to see radar users (cheats) gt there rp's reset.

as i said in another post... i wouldnt like to see losers who cheat post goodbye threads .. and everybody replying to them wishing them good luck and calling them uber resected players cos of how good they are. when in fact they have cheated there way to HIGH RR.

everybody telling them to fuck off. and good riddance they aint wanted ingame... is a much better punishment than letting them get banned privatly and then leaving with honour because people really belieave they only leaving game cos they r bored.

Actually the rp reset would be an amazing idea. They got them by cheeting anyway, why should they keep em?
