For your first question: Not sure, never ever seen it. (I'd have said "no", but Allakhazam seems to think it drops off Cyrek in Mid.)
For your second: I think so (even if I don't have them myself).

aaah yes tyvm, somehow me and the allakhazam search engine arent the best of friends. so i mostly avoid it
