version 1.2 is the up to date version.although u can play perfectly well with 1.1,i dont know how that will affect the program when u install 1.3 WITHOUT already having 1.2.

There is no version 1.2 of cs.

Tehre is an engine version cs1.0.0.2 for the retail version, but its still cs1.1. THe mod version has a engine upgrade hl1107, which isnt needed for anything.

Wont change a damned thing.

The rumour that is was going to be released today came from 3d_mike (who is the mapper of de_survivor) but it unlikely to be released today.
