just 1 question for albs & mids .. Do you like zerging ?

all i c all day on excal is mids & albs in zergs,not once a fg all day.
so as a hib i wanna ask ,is it so much fun?
do you ever get bored of it and do you feel any pride?
just wanna know if theres any hope for this server ....

Hibs zerg sure we do, but the way its usually done is...
4-6fg's in emain, running around separate, all in the same CG, then word comes "Alb zerg at amg 4fg's" hibs gather at tower for instance, go in wipe out the zerg, split up again and roam emain in fg's then another zerg apeares hibs gather and try to take it out, split again etc etc...

Ofc hibs also zerg as all others, thats just the way it is, if you dont like it, well go somewhere else tbh, emain isnt the only RvR ground

we fed up with albs zerg and decided to clean up emain yesterday, so we can enjoy 1FGvs1FG rvr with hibs.
took 3 alb keeps (3 belonged to us already) and showed up at Excalibur..

Plan did work, 'cause albs were out from emain for 2.5h re-taking keeps, but hibs got bored by that time and went away too..

Maybe we should move action to albland and let albs zerg emain by themselve.

Umm, most hib groups now manage to take out about 3 fg of Alb groups, so only way to live is to really zerg in emain. I would also prefer to do tactical battle, one group vs one group, but all those instant win buttons are just silly, so numbers have to make up for instant aoe mezz, instant mezz, instant aoe stun, and the like.

if u dont want zergs, go somewhere else, try Odins or Sauvage, if u think Emain sux regarding rvr.


some of the best rvr is there and u dont have BIG scale armies there, its usually fg vs fg.

Ooh did i mention Emain ,don't think i did.
There was a time when Odins or Sauvage was a great alternative.. maybe i have to time it right,play other hours..
& yeah i guess even loosing to zergs alot but getting a win now & then when outnumbered badly, is more fun then having to feel the other side having some win-keys ,just a bit of a shame ,the potential is there for a good game.

Zergs in Odins or Sauvage - Beats me ??

im never there to see them, amg in Odins is often camped by 1 fg hibs or mids and in Sauvage there is problems getting Albs out and kill if u hibs and mids roam there, i think u should go check again. - The Zerg will only come if u take too many keeps.

Albs wont RvR in 1 fg.... they will get owned. They know it and we know it. No point beating around the bush.

Mid, will RvR in 1 fg more than alb..... they know that they can batter albion almost as easily as we do.... but they fear a FG of hibbies, hence NP 2 fg tactums.... I dont really see any difference between Midguard and Hibernia, except NP's 2 FG tactics...

Hib, totally prefer operating as 1fg.... I have never seen Hibernia go out from DL as a Zerg unless a huge enemy zerg is camping emain...

Im generalising a bit here of course but....
generally speaking, in terms of 1 FG....

HIB>MID>ALB

i can handle a zerg doesnt bother me but when albs have got 100+ people in emain not counting anons irs kinda futile to even attempt to go to emain not saying albs should say "omg 80 albs in emain lets go somewhere else"would be nice but it aint gonna happen
the majority of albs do zerg i know firsthand experience but i know for a fact that a few people go to odins as well or even hadrians for 1fg V 1fg or 2v1 or 2v2 u get the point.

if hibs really want to claim back emain then your gonna have to start making large armies 6-8fg cos hibs own albs 2fg hibs can normally take 3fg albs

plz stop the whining about zerging i said before emain is where the large scale battles happen thats not gonna change anytime soon so best advice i can give is try odins or hadrians there are some damn nice fights there.

Was fun camping mmg, emain for 3-4 hours with 50 ppl and see mids be the lemmings for once.

Besides that, group purge and instamezz are not as bad now as I feared they would be.

I have been doing FG rvr in uppland the last week, every time ending up getting owned by 3FG+ mids.

1 FG RvR is by far the most fun imho.

Mids... e??? Ah.. we overpowered... we no need RA like this Yestarday we try kill FG albs, was 2 Pala, 2 Cler and 1 Arsman + some one like Mini blablabla. LOOL we hit them ages. After all Pala's use FH and all fuly restored.

P.S. i type to much, ppl just don't wanna be killed like sheep, so they make group bigger - it's all.

I for once do not like it and try to avoid it ( not easy).
We often have this problem: "teh zerg" is camping mmg and is playing cat and mouse with the mids there. Meanwhile some albs, scattered and ungroupped try to get there but they all get killed by a wel organised bunch of hibs. So noone of the zerg casres about whats happening at amg. People get frustrated at amg and do something else and afterwhile the zerg gets weaker and eventually falls apart en gets killed.

Hehe, its on 30min timer, i can tell you stories of heroic hibs that have been OWNING mids with insta stun and mezz before even group purge was invented!! But i can tell ya the secret: SKILL
