On my travels today for some reason i've been looking at what Americans say about Britain, to satisfy some bizarre curiosity. To my delight i've stumbled across this guide, I suspect written by a funee blokeh to fool American naivety.

The thought that there's bound to be Americans who'd read this in good faith and even believe it just rocks me off my chair.

Shouldn't offend anyone here, but sorry if it does.

Exactly. It's a fun thread. Which is why there's no need to apologise in advance to anyong for offence.

That's what this place is coming too, everyone whinging so much about abuse threads that some people feel they have to apologise for posting something amusing. Fucking pathetic.

Yes, that's where you're clearly headed Exor. Now give it a rest with the abusive behaviour towards all and sundry, you're getting bloody tiresome.

Even Kez & Bohdi give it a rest once in a while cos they have the fucking sense to realise that it's meant to be humourous. Not a way of life.

If there's nothing on the forum that I feel needs my abusive attention, I won't be abusive. Simple. And nothing you say will change my behaviour either way.

The fact is you appear to feel that you have to be abusive in order to get noticed and be identified as a person. Which is quite sad and pathetic really.

I'm sure you have a sense of humour buried in there somewhere, maybe we'll see it someday when you've finished off with the puberty thing.

Someday you'll realise that no, we're not all unique and special, and that *shock* we all don't have to (and can't) stand out from the crowd. We're here for no other reason than to simply exist, and as such have to get along with each other as best we can.

Your current behaviour will ultimately result in nothing more than you getting a ban from using the forums for abusiveness, and what will that achieve? Very little I'd imagine.

Give it a rest mate, please.

I found it funneh 2 bigbb,we shud be pleased u spend the time 2 share yr findings with us,ta m8.ps if it wasnt 4 BWs forums i wud never have seen the racing car thing with the guy doing the voice of the engine,that cheered me up over xmas.

I love the way if someone is abusive they're automatically going through "puberty" or some other life crisis. I'm going through neither. As it happens I'm 20, and have been working in a decent IT job for the last 4 years (I was in a project manager role by the time I left last october). I don't need to be abusive, or get attention for myself as some sort of attempt at validifying my existence. I merely find making people angry with the use of my keyboard, very very VERY amusing. So please, cut the patronising "it will be ok in a few years attitude" cos it's miles off the mark.

Puberty isn't all physical you know. It also involves growing up mentally. Which, clearly, you haven't achieved yet. Don't worry, it'll be ok in a few years. :D

There isnt much of a difference between being abusive with swearing and being abusive without swearing, except that the one who doesnt swear probably feels smart that they dont need to swear, but it is just as abusive imo
