Indeed - most gaming sites spend some time on making the design right for thier fickle audience, except Jolt and Gamesdomain it would appear

Judging by the fact Jolt servers are more populated than anyone elses, probably yes.

Jolt servers used to be uber, dunno about now though. I've not played online games in quite sometime :|

Not if UK2 are to be believed - lol.

Surely Jolt have been given a huge slice of money from someone to make this expansion? (Their revenue model doesn't inspire me to believe that the've done this on their own)

I played on Jolt CS #4 for a bit last night. Amazing that i had about 8 or 9 loss most of the time, and similar choke. Once upon a time there servers were much less laggy than bw's but not any more. I realise that this is down to lack of use btw, but all the same on the one server that is full I still have solid zero choke/loss, and pings between 40 to 60, which is good for 64k isdn.
Also unusual is that whilst on the Jolt server i was easily 10 kills ahead of everyone else. That dont happen on BW either, unfortunately ;)
