After having seen some odd kills in DF before, one night (2005-11-10 according to date of screenshots) I took some screenies of the deathspam.

According to the SB that did kill him in the end, they were standing and killing off each other & ressing etc. And someone was gonna report it to RN etc. , but doubt it happened..
