Another question is about Cloaks Spellcrafting.
Is theres a bug or is actually intended that we cant spellcraft a cloak?

You can spellcraft cloaks
However all crafted cloaks are lvl 1 (i think) with 1 imbue point, which gives you 1+5.5=6.5 imbue points to play with for Spellcrafting.
So it might be usefull for a lowbie toon.

Regarding cloaks, ofc 6.5 imbue points its out of question.
Is that on purpose?
