Jet lag sucks ass!

Been lying awake in bed for over 2hrs and I still can't get to sleep. ARGH! Does anyone have any useful tips on how to get around jet lag? :p

Cheers...although by the time I get it I probably won't be jet lagged. :)

Its easier to stay tired and awake then it is to sleep while not tired.

What I do, is as soon as I'm on the flight, is set my watch to the time at the destination, and try to sleep on the aircraft according to that time. If you're not getting to sleep until 4-5AM, then just stay up, and go to bed at 8PM the following night.
