Cookies arn't saved - Which means i've got to log in each time i start up FF.
Pop-up blocker working sh*t all - Probably because they are EXPLORER pop-ups that keep coming when i use FF.
Lag is getting...laggy

Anyone else experiencing the fourlegged fox from hell?

I have had one problem. Certain videos on youtube won't load, then later in the day they will. I guess thats an internet problem not related to firefox though.

Should, but last time i did that, it kept all the stuff related to firefox. It's a hazzle to get ALL of it out. But think i have to.

And the funny part is i have to load the FF, so i'll be getting this version anyhoo

Haven`t had any problems with Firefox at all, have you tried virus scanning, adware scanning ect? All sounds very suspiciously like malware to me.

Yeah, it's a clear system alright. But this HD is dying anyway, so i need to do a complete sweep of it.

Re-install seemed to destroy the pop-ups(knock on wood), but the cookie/login problem persists.

Just updated mine and nothing untowards so far

You could try Safari (if you dont mind the horrible itunes interface), or possibly Opera (i personally dislike this one but alot of people say its good)

Check if your cookie settings are as you want them to be, theres some kind of filter that you can use to make it easier to find (up in the top).

User settings are saved in the profile folder, C:\users\accountname\something\Application Data\firefox whatever (can't check right now). Could try deleting/renaming it.

Running Firefox on 3 comps and 1 laptop. No problems whatsoever. No explorer pop ups and mine are all auto update so at latest versions. Only issue I have had is some of the addons I use are not available after upgrade.

I've run all the programs i can think of, and have been suggested here, and not even the mighty peerguardian can stop 'em

I would agree too, but it seems more and more that it's not a firefox problem at all.

Though, FF still doesn't keep mah cookies. It eats them!
