it didnt.. they just havent updated it since classic came, hibs stayed because they can kill everything (easymode)

when you log in, it says "no realm currently benefits from the help accorded to underpopulated realms"
but if hibs still get it, either its a bug or they still want you to get it
without albs/mids knowing it
