Would probably be the same cooking method as a Gypsy Chicken (Hedgehog). Wrap in Clay and chuck on the bonfire. When done, pull the clay off and spines come out with it. Or so I heard.

btw baby porcupines are called porcupets and on one of them someone throws a wobbler in the comment section saying "you shouldnt have them as pets wrong!!!" and then they get it pointed out that they are actually called porcupets as babies...i think i mistold that but it was funny

also, blackie there is something showing you how to prep baby porcupine (porcupet ^^) entrees (sp??) I didn't look at that though :(
