My healer on bot account got restored roughly 2 weeks ago and I reported his issue on the 28th Sept '05.

The character I want restoring the most, my Zerker on main account is still waiting but I reported this on the 24th Sept '05.

I did log another ticket with Rightnow quering the above and what system they're using to work through the restorations, but simply closed off as "looking into it".

So appears as if they're either picking up easier restorations and doing them first or randomly picking a ticket number out of a beret Who knows..

What's the situation about getting characters/items restored when you are unsure exactly what was on the account when the corruption occurred? IE: My account was closed for a few months before and after the event, so I have absolutely no idea what (If anything) vanished.

Having said that, I'm pretty sure I lost a level 45 Paladin and a level 40 Wizzie on the Prydwen server. Sometimes I wish I'd never left...

No characters were lost, just the items (items vanished or were replaced by others... i.e. your GoV was gone and instead you were wearing some random loot).

If a char is missing, someone deleted it
