but here ya go for those with no hope for cluster...

Monday, December 11, from 8:00 AM EST to 3:00 PM EST (if all goes well, knock wood), the Devon cluster will be down so we can add the English-language version of Akatsuki to the cluster. As always, stay tuned for updates.
Basicly Akatsuki is a japanese(or chinese forgive if its not japanese) server and its just been added to the USA Devon cluster due to very small player base... so hopefully it will be possible for Excal/Pryd cluster to be added to a german or french server/cluster at some point in the future...
