Well I sent a email to right now about 3 months ago about this and just got a reply back last night...

We would just like to inform you that all of the problems that you have had with you login password are down do Derric, we would also like to inform you that is also his fualt if you happen to die while exping or in RvR.

The staff here in France have also been able to confirm that Derric was involved in dodgy dealing with a Luri doing strange things to a badger.

We would like to apologise for this but feel we do not need to as it is all Derrics fualt.
