3rd question is a bit of encrypted text in ECC200, anyone bothered to get a decoder? would appreciate to know what it says

is what the pic is saying, you needed a data_matrix decoder to find it.

im on Question 4 now,

but a Hint to question 2 and this took me ages, after you you find security on the website and count it,

you have to ASCII and then input it in Binary.
