It happened at hole number 1
A tale of love and adventure, ow and a wedding invitation too
It was the start of a warm summer day when Thanatlos entered connla at the crack of dawn when he heard the cries of a young and fair maiden in distress. He rushed to see what was going on and if he could offer some assistance, the strong brave hunk of a man he is (well, sometimes, when there's no big creatures chasing him)
The maiden in question named Tankster turned out to be new in the area and only in need for advice and assistance about the way of things in hibernia. So while they wandered the beach at connla with the sun rising to an orange sky in the background he explained how to best increase in experience in the land of hibernia.
While he was talking she began slaying some of the foul creatures on the beach. The sandmen the children of public hibernia-midget-enchanter-school made earlier were crushed by her mighty blows as if they were mere ants under her feet.
Not only did her beauty startle him but also the swift execution of his advice made him very impressed.
As she gained in experience it was time for her to choose her path and seek experience elsewhere. After some discussion she naturally chose to become a heroine as it was most becoming her crafty sandman killing skills (which little children are still being told of in connla to this day!)
Thanatlos went out to get two fine stallions from the stable master and they set off across the hibernian countryside at incredible speed. They rushed past the towns of Howth, Ardagh and Tir Na Mbeo and heard birds chirping and underhills dieing. The countryside of hibernia lush on the sides of the road.
While the sun stood high above the mountainside in which the great city of Tir Na Nog was carved they jumped from their horses and entered the capital.
They rushed to the hero trainer to get her some training in the ways of a hero which the warden due to obvious differences in training could not give her. She also went shopping for a bit then but I'll leave out that part.
After they left Tir Na Nog they stopped for a bit at Mag Mell to gaze at the architecture. But after concluding that it bloody looked like every other hibernian town they went on. A romantic swim across the lake later and a small walk past the farm 'o parths they arrived at the mighty fortress of Druim Cain.
Here the dire adventurous part of the story begins as Thanatlos explains to her that foul invaders tend to disturb lovebirds while they stroll through the frontiers and occasionally brutally slaughter them and laugh at their corpses for fun. She shrugged and bravely stepped forward. "I never run away", she shouted proudly. Mightily impressed thanatlos set off on the perilous journey with her right behind him. Slaying all creatures that might pose a threat to his company.
They arrived at the keep Dun Dagda near nightfall. As they gazed upon the mighty keep with amazement in their eyes they entered the keep, noticing some pieces of platemail nailed to the door by arrows and a pair of bloody axes on the floor.
He escorted her up the stairwells inside the keep to see the treasured power relics of hibernia. Again she was amazed by the guile and cunning it must have taken to get these relics from the enemy.
A final stroll amongst the battlements ended up with them sitting on the edge of the wall gazing across the battlefield while the sun went gently down in the background. Their eyes met for another time this day as it did on so many other occasions this very day but now their gazes contained an additional element.. a spark.. that spark was the beginning of their love.

PPS: Not all events have necessarily happened as described. Some artistic vision was involved. And no I didn't artistically envision the woman. She was real and very lovely to boot
