Hello,
First off, I am aware that Midband is coming this summer but I still need to spec out a 128k ISDN service. I need recommendations on ISP's that offer 128k for around 450 hours a month on-line (I might be working from home and we don't have dsl/cable/wireless and Sat is not good for VPN).
