Is windowdragging going to be fixed this patch?

No that's only cause you've moved the chat and friends window. Probably because you ran the same size on the window as your screen resolution in windows, in which case the 3d area won't fit on the monitor. Most people run the window smaller than windows resolution (ie 1280 windows 1024 or 1154 daoc).
