yep, that's the stats. 4% melee resists is all you get.
one of the reasons why most people drop it again after a while. You sacrifice alot of utility for 6min of slightly enhanced defense. Not to mention that you'll have to keep an eye on 4 charges then (AF,Haste,SoM,PH)... quite annoying.

it helps a low rr sb alot tho, seen that fought a rr4 sb once, had problems killing him without him stealthing and it said absorbs your damage etc, I was hitting like a girl

Phoebus Harp is the biggest waste of time ever for an SB.

Lasts 5 mins has no utility and in the scheme of things SoM will absorb more damage then the harp charge will.

Oh yeh and it levels slow!

i used it for 1day @ lvl10 and then i redid my temp

For a SB i can see the problems with so many skill lines to get sc'd and wasting a slot with such a low util item, but for hunters its good the SoM and PH charges stack and help our abismal defense out.

well as a hunter why not use winged helm same charge..but allows u to use one highest util neckies in beaded and at least the stats on helm are of use...reason sbs use harp is cos cant use helm ^^

Because if you can work them both in your template, you can have the charge up for at least 10 mins in every 15
