If she's a professional photographer she'll be concerned with accurate colour representation and will need a proper monitor. Most certainly a wide gamut one. This will not be cheap.
The majority of photographers I know use mid range laptops (the i3 spec above is a good compromise of price and performance - Zoostorm are shit, though) for on the road but do all their editing and finalising at home/office on such a monitor which they buy separately. Best value wide(ish) gamut display I can find is the NEC P221W for around £340.
