it was 99/00 that city went up
also, its rich coming from you seeing as you are an avid member of "Hooglems Forum.co.uk"
and, i am yet to see anything of this huge hooligan base, and as both teams are from the same city, the supports will be of an equal mix, so its not going to vary much?
