Was levelling my Oglidarshs belt today in pennine/ /anon at the ravenclan giants spawn near Elyll Village

possibly the best know spot where albs xp in their own frontiers..if they cba

Was levelling my Oglidarshs belt today in pennine/ /anon at the ravenclan giants spawn near Elyll Village, i was inside Raven Clan Mt past the NAMED giant (forget his name) id been there for about 15 mins happily killing the lvl 50-51 giants when i sat down to rest after a fight... out of nowhere pops Janny the Chanter.... now it seemed to me to be a little strange that a lvl 50 chanter (or so i presume no Duskwave stats) would wander solo all the way to where i was which is a VERY remote spot and come straight for me, not wander about looking for anyone STRAIGHT at me and nuke me down... umm do people come here often? this is the first time ive been here but it seems a little out of the way for anything useful... possible Radar? im begging to think so but would like to field opinions of any who have had encounters here...

And in the answer to it: Yes, even before ToA and levelling artifacts, this was a very common spot for enemies to come.

Well your question has been answered many times over. Why the hell should janny tell you why he went there? If every guy who dies would post something like this, you can imagine (or not) how the boards would be. Maybe he had autorun on. Maybe he noticed you right away and was by CHANCE walking into your direction and kept running.

Hell, how do you even know he was running towards you all the time? You must be a radar user.

like i said wasnt a flame just wondering why another realmer would be that far out in the middle of nowhere... since glimmers give better XP in your realm atleast.. for this belt... nvm.

For a long time quite a few Mids who wanted to have some fun at Sauvage would make a slight detour to that area first as xp/epic hunting albs were to be found aplenty.

So I'm guessing not radar, just knowledge of what can be expected and where.

And Elewyth, that spot is very common to mids and hibs. I suspect it was more you having bad luck that day, than him having radar.

why even bother posting if all you had in mid with that post is to slate hibs and mids? i dont see the point.

there are radar users, but, i very much doubt this was a kill due to radar, since as said, it is a normal spot to check.

Dartmoor only offers better xp grpd not solo... Ravens near hurb offer 3x the xp on offer in DM if solo..and the ones near elyll offer 2x xp of ANY solo DM mob... and a lvl 5 ogs belt with melee health buffer would be useful to anyone with a pet hoping they lose aggro quickly..
