Is this a cheat?

i was given this script for my autoexec file and he said it makes you walk faster but it isnt a cheat - but some other people I talk to say it should be a cheat... please discuss...

here is the script:
alias +walk "cl_upspeed 400;+XXXX"
alias -walk "cl_upspeed 320;-XXXXX"

XXX - words removed.

If you can run faster than every one else can run then its cheating.

 

[SAS]

Use some logic. It allows you to walk faster than the game is suppose to allow. It breaks the game rules and gives you an advantage over other players. Therefore it's a cheat.

It's still pretty obvious what it is SAS. I'd take it down completely if I were you.
