I'm starting to feel that there's nothing enjoyable out there to play any more. Here's the way I see it:
CS: Ridden with cheaters, the guns are awful
Q2/RA2: Getting old; although I used to love it in it's prime
Q3/RA£: I despise the gameplay; bouncy everywhere, lightning gun is whored no end ... what happened to skillful rails and rockets? Nope, I'll just keep bouncing straight towards yuo with my LG
JKII: Yeah, it's ok ... the gun's aren't exactly great though and sabers lose their fun after a while.
SOF2: Haven't bought it yet, played the multiplayer demo and it seems ok, lacks fluidity though + guns feel funny
EQ: Been there, done that, seen pretty much everything and got bored. Everything's a timesink at the high end of the game, and I haven't got 12 hours a day to sit there camping for a fucking ssra key.
Is there anything out there that's still enjoyable to play and has a game ethic of "I'm playing for a bit of fun" rather than "I'm playing for the best score/time ratio"?
Help!
