...then makig sure the quests at your house, who arrive and then left for a festival, have a place to sleep when they return, making sure that people don't trip over suitcases etc.

I don't know why, but it always feels good to arrange things so that other people don't have to bother.

You know, hospitality and all that.


Disclaimer; there are finer feelings i'm sure, so nath, calaen, tris- and ch3tan don't have to bother "proving me wrong" :D

Have always loved questing at home. Trying to get my 22 quests soon ;)

But yeah, I know what you mean. It does actually feel alright (Most of my friends come here, big place) so it's nice knowing when they come they don't really have the fluff around and try sorting stuff out. Generally makes things easier, and looks good on you :) I don't consider them guests though, I consider them people who'll owe me a favour ;P

Oh yes, there's always a selfish motive to everything :D

Most likely where the "good host" attitude comes from.
