Best way to stop crime is to put snipers on roads to take out people who speed, that will make all the other criminals think twice, especially as there is a direct link between speeding and all other crimes, it's proven, i saw police, camera, action and all the car criminals were speeding, ergo, criminals = driving too fast, ergo driving too fast = criminals. I mean it's a gateway crime anyway, people start off speeding and then the go on to smoking crack out of dessicated babies they have killed.

The individual will still be a thick fucker regardless of the environment around them. There used to be a phrase "low bred", she is. No amount of help given to her as she grew up, nor help given to her from now will alter what she is. Society cannot increase an individuals IQ by providing help in any form. There are millions like her, there always will be. We need a certain amount of them, our roads need to get swept and toilets need cleaning. Without them McDonalds would go out of business, they would have no staff nor customers.

People make a living out of cleaning toilets, it might not be great but I admire them for doing it regardless of whether they are so called low bred or not. If we didnt have the road sweepers the streets would be full of shit.
