In the subscribtion page, there is a tab called Personal, where your personal details are. If you want to change you email adress you do that here. But before any changes can be made you will need to confirm it by reading an email sent by GOA/Rightnow.

Also if you want to generate a new game password, you do it in the subscribtion page and an E-mail will be sent to you with the new password(s).

My Problem arrises when my e-amil account is closed, and I did not change my personal setting before it was closed.

So all the confirmation-emails GOA wants to send, ends up in cyberspace:-(

I was reminded of these facts when I decided to generate a new password on one of my accounts, due to my suspecion that the password was not safe anymore.

Shall I just face the facts and say bye, bye to /played 100+ on that account?

I did message Rightnow about this, but I guess they are very busy. Does anyone know if it takes them a month or how long to see and so something about these kinda things?
Or are they simply unable to help maybe?

You need to send an email to subscription(at)goa(dot)com explaining the situation and giving all your registered details - name, address, cd-keys etc. Give them the email address that you want it changed to and they should be able to sort it out for you.
As far as not getting replies back is concerned, check your bulkmail or privacy settings. All of our emails come from a noreply email address and some providers block these as spam automatically.
