Atm when I double click to open steam it says updating..it updates gets to 100% then does nothing, I click back on steam again and the update just keeps coming up.

Have you left it for a while when it's at 100%?

Yep it goes to 100% then restarts and updates again about another 3-4 times. I've left it and tried re-opening again and it does the same :/

tbh I think Steam were having a bad day today, caused me probs too, just keep trying m8 & I'm sure it will work eventually

I had some sort of problem like so

Go into your STEAM Folder and delete the file "Clientregistry.BLOB"

It come on straight after
