Is it a crap comp or?

Im playing daoc and every so often maybe 5-6 times a day it will reboot? why? i dont know lol it annoys the crap out of me like get in a fight and ........ dead i dont know why it just keeps doing it, ive put in a new motherboard checked for viruses and nothing ? but that isnt all it dosent just reboot it will then log on the log of 4-5 times before i can get on ? then when i finally get on it reboots lol there is a serious problem here is there something i can do to make it stop or do i have to buy myself a WHOLE new computer which i really cant afford to do anyway please answer thanx guys

Anyway, checked the temperature your computer is running at? the problem would be instantly synonymous with overheating of the CPU or maybe the graphics card. That;s your first check anyway. If you dont know how...
As soon as your computer reboots - when it first starts back up head into the BIOS (normally holding DEL as it starts) - under something like PC Health or Hardware Monitor (depending on your hardware) it should tell you the temperature of the cpu, the system etc.

Normal for a semi modern CPU would be around 40-50 degrees centigrade. If it's a shit computer supplied by folks like packard bell, hewlett packard, dell, advent etc, add 10 degrees to that (60 degrees)

If its any higher than 60 for any computer, I suggest this is the source of your issue and you need to ensure your fans are working, dust free and properly connected. It can take anything from a dusting in your computer to fix it, or a new heatsink/fan.

10 to 1 its the PSU (power supply unit). The "reboots, and keeps rebooting several times until you can finally use it" issue sounds exactly like a PSU problem anyway (ive had it myself, twice). Either its not powerful enough, or its crap quality or its starting to die etc. Buy a new quality one.
