Grave robbin' is illegal (as I pointed out to some friends at Uni who wanted to dig up a corpse for Oct 31st) so even if by some amazing oversight necrophilia is not illegal then the act of digging up the corpse would land you in prison.

Unless you work in a Morgue...then its like an 'all you can shag' buffet.

Since this thread is about necromancy and necrophilia then i'll ask a morally interesting yet contravercy question:

Is it illegal or morally wrong to have sex with a zombie?

Afterall it's not technically dead but it's not technically alive either.

zombies have a lot of time to rot and stuff, while new corpses didn't have enough time to rot, therefore they are more pleasent.
and since there is no law that prevents ppl from having sex with living dead, its just damn wrong.

I think sex itself should be illegal... it transmits diseases and causes pressure to young people etc. and it would be loads of more fun if it was concidered illegal
