Quite far from it really, It's just a decent game, something to spend time on if you haven't got better things to do. It was an adventure in the early days but now it's more like a boring routine.

If anyone wondered, during my youth i discovered the adventure of a lifetime, and it's called LSD - on that note, i am in no way condoning the use of an illegal drug, and i will admit i was dead lucky (touch wood) too have never had a bad trip, but that was back in the heady days of 1995, when the tabs were good, and not made by some thalidomide teenage deliquant in his bedsit in Southend.

I haven't touched it for over 6 years now, and doubt i will again, as i wouldn't trust any of the recreational pharmaceuticals that get churned out nowadays...

ahh, those were the days... anyone want to invent a time machine, so we can go back and enjoy them again?

tbh, I have spendt so much time on this game it has taken up pretty much already, not a game I would forget right away.

it was adventurous before i knew where everything was..now its like UO after trammel boring..dull and full of whiners screaming nerf at every other class thats looks more interesting than theirs!

I still remember climbing a hill and thinking it was meant to be snowdoina... then actually going there..heh..and the first time i went to Teepoks mine and was ganked in the entrance by 4 mobs someone had dragged up..fun times indeed!!
Aaah never beat the actual time i played my first fire wizzie at lvl 10 and some dude said i was using the wrong spells..id forgotten to spec my points!! doh!! and it took me 2 days to figure out how to remove icons from the quickbar!! i had 7 bars of shit i couldnt remove...

still i do miss the old UO days..when PK's would camp Skara Brae Docks transporter {cos some numbnut had placed his boat in the way of the ferry} and we'd charge back and forth to see who would flinch first!!

Have been wondering many times this game...played now from Eurobeta allmost every day....have tons of chars....keep leveling them day after day...have fought in every Realm ... My 2 best rl friends play... we are so called adult players...everybody enjoys their work in Rl.... "gladdly" we are all Singles now...playing is Quality Time with Team Speak...Sorry my Jumpping But...never played nothing like Daoc with this kind of temper I have played games since Vic 20... hard to say...But lets keep going
I give EQ 2 and Warcraft chance....Nice to see...can I get that feeling when My first Daoc char Norse female Healer Kept Her Group alive Nisses Lair.....and My first total wipeout....- I was so down... I kept healing In my dreamms many nights

You are supposed to press a button or three between 19:35 and 19:50 you know.

As for adventure of a lifetime? Bollocks. That's called having kids.
