Is anybody into reggae?

Anybody like reggae? Well i've not really liked it in the past but i bought Massive Reggae yesterday, and i gotta say i do quite enjoy it to chill with.

Anybody else like it or will this thread fail like many others

I'm not really a reggae boy, but i do appreciate most of the bob Marley themes. And the redemption song is one of my life songs. (even tho is not really a true reggae song)

Love Bob Marley, got a fat box set of his stuff, nothing beats listening to him while smoking

Not massively into reggae but if you're looking for stuff to try out i would recommend the Toots and Maytals, Easy Star All-Stars, UB40, Ziggy Marley, Damien Marley and Peter Tosh.

I like a lot of reggae yeah, mostly into my punk, but i gotta admit i love a lot of the reggae stuff i have lying around from when i was younger. You can't beat it if you just wanna lie back and relax.

Gotta also be said, i normally hate compilations, but the Reggae ones always seem to be worth a look. It's always about 70% the same songs, but theres always a few you've not heard in years.

As far as mainstream Reggae is concerned, I don't really listen to it. Thats not to say I don't like it.
