I always liked Hib Insta RvR, Holding Crim was always great, there were good places for the zerg and great places for fg action

it could be the same in any frontier zone bubble - would just require people to move away from towers and bridges!

not really, OG is useless fg zone tbh, pennine is best, followed by HW then breifine and emain. imo :)

First all all..what the fuck are you babbling about? Second of all I am well known for hating IRvR in HW, so why would I whine?

Change of scenery would be nice, would also throw the zerg off for a while until they realise where the new "best place to stand still and leech rps" is.

Agree strongly to the main post, the Albland iRvR must be the most boring even, give something new, and put landmines on the bridges :<

Hadrians is the crappiest place to have iRvR  Cant really imagine anything worse as it's the smallest area ever.

If we could move it to between bled/berks/glen, eras/surs/berks, bolg/behn/nGed would be the best :) If hibs would take surs and albs retake berks it would be very nice imo, big nice area there.

trouble is though your all dreaming as albs do not have the numbers atm to take back berks vs's hib zerg! and even if we did 1 fg of opted hibs would take it back within 2 hours tops!

hib zerg!

Been reading about hib zerg for days now and it has been making me laugh.

All I have seen is several grps of albs hugging the bridge, ganking anyone who comes close and then making the odd venture to the villa before running back again.

Not saying hibs don't - as was pointed out to me, if 2 fg's of hibs happen to be in the same fight at the same time how does that look to the opposition.

But it is getting real hard for even a fg to have a decent run out cos you know you are going to get jumped by larger numbers sooner rather than later.

Typical morning/afternoon RvR: Mainly Albs with groups of up to 3 players - rarely a full group, Hib/Mid tends to run 1fg and constantly farm anything in sight. These groups tend to run around for a bit, searching for anything which might be moving about, then they'll go and camp the bridge. Such a group usually ends up being killed by 2fg or more Albs, who all tend to stay close to the bridge once its safe, scared of the 1fg roaming about who might gank them.

Evening RvR: Zerg, add, zerg add. Amazing how a group goes to HW, gets zerged and then returns to the exact same zone for more zerging!

If the opted groups just would start running elsewhere, like eras area and bold t3 and up to beno docks then maybe things would change, atleast for a little while. Atm every realm is whining and every realm is boored of the zerge, and they only run in HW because "everyone else do it". So why don't those who want opted fg RvR simply move elsewhere to some other zone and area?

Thought the zerg never left the bridge though?

we just need to send 1-2fgs every 20 minutes to kill them so they don't get suspicious and venture out from the safety of the bridge.

if the reason why they dont leave bridge with less than 3fg´s is cuz they are "scared" then they should rly not play computer games (if daoc scares them already imagine what a FPS like Doom3 or HL2 could do to their psyche)

the zerg is bad atm on all sides but i still go out in 1fg and try the zerg, ofc i (my group) dies alot when fighting 3fg+ on open terrain. same goes for fighting mael/pe with a semi random group, i know we will most likely loose but when you dont try you cant improve - when you dont improve, you cant win. Now some noobs will say but we can just team up with another 2 groups and zerg them! i wouldnt consider that as a win.
