It's not supported in any way shape or form. Install an XP partition is the only advice i can give.how does one get IPX on vista?

ipx is the protocol needed to join lan games with starcraft. so in order to use hamachi you need to have installed ipx on your comp - only chance is to find a cracked version of starcraft that has another system for lan games :<

YES - starcraft is able to work with vista for LAN multiplayer. just get the latest patch which will add a UDP option in the network type listing, install the latest patch on all machines you want to play with and it works just perfectly.
