Im guessing the KEA server is taking a hit (and the IP is???).
Personally, Im either at the ZhG open server 217.161.41.13:27055 or the Ninja open server (which Laz is an admin on, so watch out ) 195.20.108.11:27025.

All right, I got my new CS server up and running, to replace the GAME.NET one. All the maps are over. This one runs AMX, in-game stats (with minimal annoying flashy text), ATAC with ChickenMod and Realmod (grenades set you on fire, and you bleed when shot and stuff).

That and the fact that CS isn't realistic at the best of times. Add to that idiots thinking HE grenades set people alight as a rule... well they need to be shown how they work first hand.

The mods I have don't put much strain on the server. My host gives us lots of extra processing power. GAME.NET gave us just adminmod, WWCL and HLGuard (which is why I was listing the mods I have installed). You know CS isn't completely realistic as covert operations are completely destroyed when your teammates run head-first into the enemy bases with their rifles. Plus FB = sound, too, etc.

But I like to maintain the seriousness on my server. That's why I don't have every event in the game announced in pretty-coloured text that gets in the way of your line of sight.

Not every mod is pointless. Most are useful.

I was referring to the Grenade fire mod thingy. Which was put on under the name "Realmod". I have also been a few servers where the admins with this on are shouting about how ultra realistic it is etc.

Oh and RTCW:ET isn't pretending to be realistic.
