IP address?

Seriously thinking of moving to this from Daoc, does anyone know the IP's the game servers run on, I've heard there based in Japan so I'd like to try pinging them for a while first to see what sort of a connection I get.

Since playing ive twice had lag that peeks over 1 second (1,000ms) but this only lasted for a VERY short time, typicaly pings are around 150-300 at worse.
