A great thank you goes to all who attended. We raised a lot of money. I dont have count of them yet, but it was FAR more than expected.

I hope to sometime actually have time to roleplay at these events, but until then I will have to enjoy the roleplaying part through you guys :p

When we are done counting up the money we will divide them into three and donate them to the three major alliances for realm enhancements.

True story time:

It was 1.6 plat that Kaiser paid for his wife, Kyra. I logged in late (damn the M25) and saw in guild chat someone said '1 plat for Kyra' and I thought 'Damn, Ive missed it' so being logged in Ludlow's inn I immediately broadcast a bid of 1.5 plat..... I was amazed when I saw that the bidding hadn't closed and began to panic.... how happy was I to see Kaiser's bid go in :D

Sorry sir, but a fair price for a wonderful woman. I would have paid the 1.5 somehow had you not outbid me.

was it me or did sotl try to buy everyone ;)

i brought and sold some items (arawn your an expensive git ;) ) and got some armour for rumble, so im quite happy!

thanks to everyone who turned up, was a truely great thing. must be done again, at a guess something in the region of about 8plat was raised? shame it was cut short by something distinctly ugly and brutal, was great to see everyone exchanging good drops etc... makes everyones life a bit better im sure, and i completeted my decent armour set :D

ta greyhead, i owe you bigtime mate. so whens the next one! quick set of thanks to those who donated drops, im sure that lava forged sword that was auctioned was a tough thing to give up whoever got it.

regarding money:

well, slavery took in about 3.5 p i think.

items. well, i remember 960, 700, a few 500's and a bunch of 400's

there was kissing, fortune telling and food. well, im guessing, 8-10 p

and Kaiser would have gone to 2p 77g, including my 377 i was willing to lend him :p


Regarding a Ludlow Bazaar II

well, we dont know yet. lots of things didnt work out, as planned, and some things worked too well :)

What a great day it was too. Damn those middies for crashing the party just when it was getting interesting.

Liste, 2p?! My goodness! What a wonderful, but protective man Kaiser is. He seems to think that the whole realm has less than honorable intentions when it comes to us women of Albion. I tried to convince him that the men of Albion aren't like the barbarians, the midgardians or the light-on- their-feet (if you catch my drift) hiberians...but he was not convinced. So rather than see me spend my time running errands for some other person he was determined to make sure that he bought my freedom. :)


Thank you so much Liste and Ziera for inviting me, I really did enjoy the bazaar, as did the rest of us.

Good thing no one tried to outbid Kaiser, tomorrow is our guild tax day lol!!

Also, it was great to see the extra merchants there to buy our supplies for, I actually got some crafting done while there! :)

I look forward to another bazaar, but next time can I run the kissing booth?

tis was a truly wonderful event, although I did not get to buy Laird for cleaning duties in The Stone <looks at Ziera>.

next time though, invite that there sergeant from the ball and have him stand guard in the Inn to bounce unwanted elements.

Gratulations to all that attended and especially to all those that made the effort of making it work

A great event. I'm certainly looking forward to the next one which I suspect will be even bigger given how popular this one was. Everyone who organised it needs a major pat on the back plus some special thanks to Liste for explaining what was going on :p

Apologies to everyone who was waiting for me to sell off some Llyn Barfog loot after the official auction but the Middies had other ideas about letting me hang around to do that :mad: I'll see if I can come up with some other method as I still have 15 items to get rid of.

So very true. Was this a second one? Because the first one sold for somewhere in the mid 100's. And I had some RL business to attend to halfway through. However, I'm neither Thidranki nor Murdaegian size. My bidding power is um... <searches pockets> Less than 130g (poison gets expensive). Any item within my range would have sold for far more than that.

No worries though. All +7 stealth I have now, I earned. ;)

Enchanting the arcanium bastard sword – 50g
Knowing that you outdamage every single gay glowy sword user in the realm – priceless

It was a few members of Phoenix Legion who assisted me in acquiring those. So, they've made their way from the likes of Lord Jupitus and Lady Lunar to you two little kiddies.

Also Perian was saving her money for me, but got massively outbid anyway. :(

As chaperone to the lovely Troryn last night, I was not bumping the price, Lady Ziera, rather securing a purchase.

My deputy leader of Phoenix Legion and famous warlord, Laird MacGregor of the clan MacGregor, will serve Troryn for three full hours at a mutually acceptable time, as a gift to her from me.

I think perhaps you bumped the price up on me, Lady Ziera.....

Now I know why Keltoi was so empty around that time last night.. then again, an empty Ant Room is not something to spite in favour of shopping, I guess.
