News International Kebab Day

Let it be known all over the internet, that on this date, 22.01.2009, FHOT declared this day as International Kebab Day!

On this day, thou shalt get drunk and fill thine belly with kebab in honor of the man who caused many a drunken nights bellyfilling joy.

If thou ist not drunk, eating kebab the whole day is accepted too.

(Note: Drinking should start on the 21st to make sure the kebab is enjoyed on the correct date.

I propose "Kebab week'ish" should run from 16th-23rd covering two weekends giving enough time for everyone to go out get shit-faced and sample their wonderful kebab cuisine.

I shall be out this evening remembering Mahmut Aygun and his achievements in traditional style, copious amounts of lager, then stumbling in to my local fast food restaurant, ordering in my best monosyllabic manner the finest elephants leg in Nan Bread with stupid amounts of chili sauce, to be eaten on the way home spilling most of it on the floor and on myself.
