I seriously do believe that as a human being, taking another life somehow diminishes you, but it's a terrible decision that sometimes has to be made, so......kill him then. As long as people are appreciative of your heroic actions saving their lives. (hotties, form a queue here please)

If you knew he was going to kill you would know who and when so i would either step in before he killed his first victim or record him killing number one and pass it to the police. I do not think i could kill some one based on a vision or someone telling me he will become evil.
