the simple fact is americans have such a poor attention span it needs to be constantly engaged with lots of scoring and "heavy tackles" for them to enjoy it they cant really appreciate the tactical side of sports some may say american football has a tactical element and it does i suppose but the are set plays and not on the fly like rugby and football they say football is dumbed down no its the other way round. and the arrogance of that country the world series???? ye the one with american only teams lol you gotta love the ignorance of american sport

world series was named so because the World newspaper sponsored it, therefore was named the world series and nothing to do with the the world in general (world cup for example)

fair enough lollie my mistake, however my point still stands americans are very ignorant of other sports calling american football football when it was already widely accepted world wide that there was already a game called football
