+instruments?

Does anyone know what this actually does besides being able to charm higher lvl mobs?

If it only effects the mobs you can charm, what do you people think of a SC suit, where you swap between 2 pieces of armor where 1 set gives max stealth and other max instruments?

for example gloves and boots, since you wont be stealthing and charming at same time.

Affects damage on DD shouts as well..
It is reasonable not to have max stealth/instru all the time if you want a cheap suit

If I remember rightly, it makes your mezzes more likely to stick, and it also makes your pulses last longer, which makes twisting that much easier. You want as much +instruments as you can afford on your suit, although mincer suits are an absolute bugger to do.

If you give me a yell when I'm bored sometime I can probably whip one up for you if you like though
