Mythic made it worse.

Now when I cast MoC and the spell fails because of too many effects not only does it not work but it also resets the timer back to 10 minutes! Pre-NF if it failed at least you could try again after only a couple of secs delay.

This has to be the worst bug I've seen in the game and yet it seems so easy to fix, very dissapointed by mythic.
