Installing Horde Mail Stationery

Any Horde mail experts here? I just moved a site from one host to another, both have Horde webmail but the one I moved to does not have the "Create stationery and form responses" facility in "Message Composition", which I would like to use.

I asked my host if they can install the facility, module or whatever it is, and they aren't sure how - so I wondered if anyone here knows so I can tell them?
