I managed to smash an entire box of 200 eggs when working in littlewoods after 2 nights without sleep.....
It made such a loud bang people ran around shouting "ZIE GERMANS IST HERE ZIE GERMANS IST HERE HIDE FLEE"
err ok what really happened was the manager went psycho and made me clean it all up bi0tch!
I've slept for like 18 hours in one go after a mix of being up all night drinking, smoking weed + 4 valium....

hmm actually good point....i've slept for way longer with an hours consciousness here and there when ill... but when not ill (except for intoxication) I've slept 18ish hours... straight with no inbetween consciousness.....

Lonest I've slept for is 22 hours with no drugs to help me on my way (except for a Nytol or two). Managed 3 days after smoking a quarter in one night tho :/

How much sleep do u guys need in general... I mean I only usually get abount 5-6 but I feel shit without coffee and could do with about 9 hours ideally heh.....
I mean I know 1 m8 who can seriously sleep for 4 hours a night and feel great the next day.... cunt!

It just depends on what is going on in my life. Some weeks I get home from work, I'm shattered, I'll doze on the sofa all evening, so to bed and get 8 hours sleep.
Other weeks I'll only get 4 hours a night, catch it all up on Saturday, stay up all night on Saturday and not sleep again until Sunday night.

Why is it.......that when you've got to get up in the morning you could sleep for England, yet when you can have a lie in, you wake up at 7 am and can't get back to sleep?
Anyway, if I can't sleep what I do is this. Lie on your back and imagine your hands and feet sloooowwllly relaxingand going to sleep on their own. I've gone about 48 hours with no sleep(two nights where I didn't sleep in a row), although I would have to say that I did have psychological side effects, uber depression and some other stuff. Bah I miss those days :/

2 days is the most i've stayed up. that was to finish off work. reading through it afterwards i noticed the sharp decline in quality as i became more and more tired.
only slept for 10 hours at that :/
though last year i was sleeping for 4 or less hours a day which started to take its toll towards the end (not reccomended)
normally i work up a debt during the week and then pay it off over the weekend.
