Inner Sanctum demystified

Inner Sanctum (instance of deadlands) is so rarely farmed that it's not even listed on Allakhazam, and I didn't find any reliable info on the web.
I was interested in the drops that might wait there, so I tested a bit till I found a pretty boring way to raid the instance with an ml9-chanter.

So far i got these 3 Items, and considering the time needed to aquire them I guess they are not worth the effort, but posting them so others have the chance to avoid going to that instance:

All three drops have a 65 lifedrain-reactive-proc.
