DirtyHarry Magnumforce, my new runemaster dinged level 23 last night, he has all his equipment for BG ready in his backpack, and will, i hope, ding 24 tonight, allowing me to have a blast this weekend (and the following week while i level my new hunter!).

i would sincerely like to ask all albion infiltrators and hibernian nightshades to not PA, backstab, garrotte, hack, slash, cut or otherwise harm my runemaster as he only wears cloth armor and doesnt have many health points.

please guys! come on! dont make me beg!




if you will do this 1 small insignificant thing for me, i promise to concentrate solely on 1 shot kills and uber bolting blue conn casters and fire wizards who get too big for their boots (cabalists who are slow on the near sight button or sorcerors who get DOT happy can watch out too).

dinged 24 in the vendo caves tonight/this morning, and went to my vault to get my new cloak and staff. then a horse to svasud and some BG medallions.

having never RvRed with a caster before,it was a bit of a wind change, but wow! its fun! no, i mean alot of fun.

/salute to the sorcerors and other assorted cloth wearers who die in 1 shot from my fearsome full runecarve spec bolts.

everything that people said about stealthers against casters is true.............while i didnt die, i was singled out by 2, a luri NS and a briton infil........(dorf HP, phew!)........from then on, i was always moving, rarely sitting, and always looking over my shoulder. hehe, what fun to be on the recieving of scarey stealthers this time!

Killing a theu 4 lvls below you is not hard particulalry when u spend half your time near sighted. Love to know where u managed to get 600 damage from. From memory i remember a guildy running some tests on pendragon with his lvl 50 light eldritch and was doing an average 650-700 with baseline bolt on green con mobs so i highly doubt u could hit a blue con for 600 at 24.

Probably a crit.
Also the 1-shotting all cloth wearers is rubbish, he failed to one-shot my mentalist - only 307 damage with first bolt. I wish I'd been on my eldritch, he wouldn't have even got that bolt off then.

My wiz does around 350-450 on the average blue con caster

Enough to one shot them, but still not uber damage.

And nearsight is evul

Might drag my Wiz out of the closet for some BG carnage

Same as luri's actually, and avalonians aren't much better.
Even so at thid levels my celt has about 25 more hp than my elf unbuffed. Not really that much.

Intelligent play will almost always beat stats..... hence I don't die often

My Wiz has 322 hps.... havent spent any realm points yet, but I'm on my last 50, so toughness 1 will most likely be bought for that extra boost.

And I'm not a twink sadly... sure wish I was though

My celt has 341 unbuffed at 24, my elf has 311 at 23 (from memory those). Both have MCL using their first 3 RA points.
MCL is more useful that the 10 hp you get from toughness at this level IMO.
I use some dropped af 24 armour and a few dropped items, I don't even have bracers.

yes.........the 600 pt hit was a crit.........400+ rest in crit.

but the bottom line is that intelligent play beats stats any day, i agree......................all i do is walk to the side, or use some cover to score 2 or 3 kills before they even see im there.

its tried and its tested.

to all the elves out there........im nto so sure........its a constitution thing.......if i get my bolt off, you die, if you get your nuke off, i lose 60% and scrabble back behind my tanks.

Idolo the infiltrator has switched over to mid now, he did a send to me last night and said "almost all the albs hate you harry."

that really does warm my heart. must be doing something right eh.

It's not so mjuch a constitution thing btw harry, more a case of how good your items are. 20 con gives about 25 hp on a caster at level 24. Not a huge amount. +hp items on the other hand can really boost you up. you can have +98 hp in items at 24, that'll make a lot more difference than any amnount of extra con.
