about your jewelry. use 2x DF rings, epic isnt that good.

wait another week for uber SI necklace 1.60(?) ( 4x10% resist, UV:80!!)
and SI bracer quests is nice aswell.

There is a rather easy and farmable better cloak (Oil rag Cloak , drops from Tower keeper/guardian, UV:52ish)

and i wouldnt base your template after that scourul belt, as it is very hard too get now.

Gave it a try - closer but still not quite perfect

Body and thrust only 25%, cold 20%, everything else capped. If you really want to cap cold then switch it with the 7% matter/thrust/energy - but anything Ive tried is still 1 slot short.

Ranged slot shows some random item that'll be switched when +env is required. Went for +3 env on armour since the goal for most people will no doubt be +11 while only switching 1 item. No item switching would be nice - but isnt going to happen without leaving a number of other things uncapped.

Using 2 items from the repeatable quest in 1.60 - seems to take around 15 mins with a group, and you'd probably have to do it 10-15 times to get both. Also using Oil Cloak which doesnt seem to be a very common drop. Originally I tried with different cloaks - with poorer results.

Legs are only using 33 imbue. and inf's don't get that belt as a reward for Ogre's Might (but can trade).

Yeah Pin some armour bits arent well done - its a quickie. Im not suggesting anyone actually uses it, just a note to Kurik he can do better.

A quick shuffle would get thrust capped, but that leaves 20% cold - requiring a spare slot.

Would be alot easier with some decent rings, or a choice of decent belts. The ogres might belts arent too bad - but +7con/str could be better.
